NEMO’s mission is to bring science and technology closer to the public in an interactive and accessible way, in the museum, at schools, at nationwide events and online.Science and technology enable us to better understand the world and ourselves, to develop as human beings, and to prepare the world for the future. NEMO inspires curiosity in both young and old about the power, the importance and the special nature of science and technology. NEMO Science Museum is an interactive, informal learning environment in which the general public comes into contact with science and technology. Visitors see, hear and experience how scientific phenomena and technology play an important part in their lives. NEMO works closely with the fields of science and education. NEMO is a registered museum and the owner of a significant historical collection.

CRES-fb includes several actors from across Europe who are joining forces to develop and implement studies, research and EU projects in the field of Sustainable development and social and economic growth; Education, training and social inclusion; ICT and technological/digital innovation; Quality Assurance to enhance and valorise the professional network of its members and thus promoting active citizenship across Europe. So far, CRES brings together 29 organizations from 16 different European countries. CRES vision is to make quality lifelong learning, education and training reality for everyone in order to enhance economic growth and social inclusion and to boost employability opportunities across Europe. Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias

Andoya Space Center

Andøya Space Education (ASE) is one of the most relevant institutions in Norway for education in STEM disciplines using space as context. ASE is collocated with Andøya Space, an important research institution that focus on study of the Northern Lights, higher atmosphere and space weather. In addition to launching rockets and releasing scientific balloons, different ground instruments are used in the exploration of the near space. ASE uses the unique facilities of Andøya Space for achieving many educational objectives. ASE organizes several courses, seminars and conferences related to space technology, space physics, atmosphere physics, astrophysics, and satellites data for monitoring climate and environment issues. Within the scope of high technology and breath-taking northern scenery, the combination of theory and specially practical work using the resources available in the institution provides a unique learning experience.

Leidse instrumentenmaker School

The Leiden School of Instrument Makers (Leidse instrumentmakers School, LiS) is a vocational school. The school has been training instrument makers for more than 120 years: highly sought-after professionals who invent and make instruments that enable science and industry to innovate. During the practical training, students are intensively trained in the field of metalworking, processing of glass and other hard materials, optics and mechatronics. The school has around 350 students and is highly regarded. Due to their high level of professional knowledge, professional competence and creativity, the graduates play an important role in research & development, high-tech industry, medical and aerospace technology at home and abroad.
